Can International Repentance, Forgiveness, & Reconciliation Week Help to Change People or Nations?
“Tonight’s Topic: Forgiving the Church”

Trenton, NJ, February 15, 2013 –Apostasy is running rampant in many nations including America. During this week, we are providing people with the tools to help them to forgive others & forgive themselves by removing bitterness, anger, resentment, & hatred in order to restore joy, love, freedom & peace back into their lives and in their nations. We want people to reconcile their broken relationships with family, friends, neighbors, people in their community, church leaders, church members and for many, it will be a time to restore their fellowship with the Lord Jesus Christ/Yeshua.

National Leaders should promote national healing & reconciliation. In order to do this, there should be confession, repentance, & forgiveness in order for reconciliation to take place in America & in all nations, like Ugandan President Museveni recently did. President Museveni is a role model for all Christian Leaders. National leaders may want to investigate past & present injustices/atrocities, i.e. human rights violations or crime against humanity, by conducting public hearings, forgiveness ceremonies, tribunals, & investigations. Reconciliation cannot happen unless TRUTH is revealed. National Leaders & Other Nations should forgive themselves.

Today, we will examine the Church Leaders. We will discuss the role that the church should play in forgiveness and the process of forgiveness for forgiving the church.

Forgiving the Church

What happens to believers when the people that they thought they could trust have betrayed them or their loved ones? Some examples of betrayal include child sexual abuse, assault, physical abuse, emotional abuse, breaching confidentiality, fraud, and defamation of character. When trust is betrayed because of wrongdoings by church leaders or church members, anger set in. The victims are shocked because they cannot believe what has happened to them or their loved ones. They feel alone. They may stop attending that particular church and/or start attending another church. They may have lost his/her faith in God and switches to another faith or becomes an atheist because of the abuse. They feel confuse. Should they file lawsuits against the church? Is it biblically correct? The church abandons the victim.  Many church leaders and church members possess the sins of pride and arrogance. Many church leaders are not teaching on the subject of forgiveness or even the forgiveness process. Now the victim is torn about how to recover and heal from the abuse because he/she was never taught by the church leader. Although it is the victim's responsibility to forgive, the church should take a greater possibility to ensure that the victim can begin the forgiveness process. With forgiveness, there will be freedom and healing for all parties involved: the victim, the church leaders, and/or the church members.

In the November 24, 2012 Michael Carl’s article, Ugandan President Repents of Personal, National Sins 'We Confess Idolatry, Witchcraft, Political Hypocrisy, Dishonesty, Intrigue' states,

“While Museveni is being held as a model for Christian leaders, Dave Daubenmire, PT Salt Ministries’ president and founder and social commentator, said the problem for Western nations goes deeper than the political leaders.

The problem in the United States, he said, is the pastors.

“Sadly, I think our lack of repentance is the fault of the pulpit. Individual Christians are so awash in sin that they think politicians are merely better at sin than they are,” Daubenmire said.

“There is no fear of the Lord and we are getting essentially a two-kingdom message. We hear that the devil is the god of this world and that Jesus will even the score later,” Daubenmire said. “The problem is that most Christians are convinced that this world is in control of Satan and therefore are not interested in applying the kingdom principles for which Christ died.”

Daubenmire quoted Matthew 28:18, in which Jesus said, “All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.”

Christians, Daubenmire said, are exhorted later in the same chapter to go and make disciples of all nations.

“We are to teach them and baptize them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit,” he said. “All power in heaven and in earth belongs to Jesus. Unfortunately, most Christians don’t have the foggiest idea that He rules and reigns here and now, and that the kingdom principles that He taught us bring victory over evil wherever they are applied.”

He added that Christians too often play with sin.

“Since we do not hate sin anymore, we don’t demand repentance,” Daubenmire said.

He quoted British 17th century statesman Edmund Burke, who said, “The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.”

Daubenmire said that in America, “good men have yielded power to evil men.”

“Evil rules when evil men make the rules,” he said.

On February 15, 2013, we invite church/synagogue leaders, former churchgoers, unbelievers and believers to join us on the 8:00 p.m. EST I.S.A.M Blog Talk Radio Show by calling 347-677-1955 or logging on at www.blogtalkradio.com/isam as we discuss the subject of forgiving the church and we will pray for and encourage the church leaders to become the “Bride of Yeshua”. It is time for the church to stop entertaining believers and start teaching the full Gospel of God’s Kingdom, including Yeshua’s Great Commission. Is there a group of church leaders, Jews and Gentiles, who want to break the curse of discord in the Christian Church so that they can unite because they worship the Lord Jesus Christ/Yeshua and put everything else aside? America and many other nations need a spiritual awakening, but in order to do it, it requires the church leaders to confess and repent of their sins. Then the Church Leaders should start teaching on sins and unforgiveness.

The State of America: Is America Under Judgment?

America’s foundation is based upon Judea-Christian principles. On April 30th, America celebrated the 223rd anniversary of the inauguration of the first President of the United States, George Washington. At his inauguration, seven distinctly religious activities were included in this first presidential inauguration that have been repeated in whole or part in every subsequent inauguration: (1) the use of the Bible to administer the oath; (2) solemnifying the oath with multiple religious expressions (placing a hand on the Bible, saying “So help me God,” and then kissing the Bible); (3) prayers offered by the president himself; (4) religious content in the inaugural address; (5) the president calling on the people to pray or acknowledge God; (6) church inaugural worship services; and (7) clergy-led prayers as stated in Dave Barton’s (www.wallbuilders.com) in his article “America’s Religious Heritage as Demonstrated in Presidential Inaugurations”.  Dennis Kucinich, United States Congressman from Cleveland, Ohio wrote a very touching “Prayer for America”, which can be found at http://www.raven1.net/mcf/prayer-for-america.htm.

(This section was obtained from the article WND EXCLUSIVE 'The Isaiah 9:10 Judgment': U.S. in crosshairs Messianic rabbi reveals striking parallels between fall of ancient Israel, America You can view the entire article online at the above website http://www.wnd.com/2012/02/the-isaiah-910-judgment-u-s-in-crosshairs/)

“In Rabbi Jonathan Cahn’s book, The Harbinger: The Ancient Mystery That Holds the Secret of America’s Future” “(www.theharbingerwebsite.com), he states that America’s Leaders have uttered the words of Isaiah 9:10 “the bricks are fallen down, but we will build with hewn stones: the sycamores are cut down, but we will change them into cedars.” It is amazing how these few verses collate with what has happened at Ground Zero.

He compares this to the sycamore tree that was felled that day on 9/11. He says that a type of cedar tree was brought in to replace it. He quotes many journalists who described the scene as a pile of bricks. He also speaks of the huge hewn cornerstone which was quarried out of the Adirondack Mountains in New York and brought to Ground Zero as a cornerstone. Rabbi Cahn goes on to explain: “These words were first uttered by leaders in Israel and in response to a limited strike by Assyria on the lands of Zebulun and Naphtali – an attack the prophet makes clear is actually part of a limited judgment by God against apostasy. It wasn’t meant to destroy the nation, but to awaken it, according to most commentaries.”

He reveals other striking comparisons to what happened during the days of Isaiah against the Hebrew nation to that of what is happening to the American nation today. He says the scripture told of the early destruction of both nations. He feels that this scripture reveals what he calls “An ancient mystery that holds the secret of America’s future and the collapse of the global economy.” Rabbi Jonathan Cahn states, “Before its destruction as a nation, ancient Israel received nine harbingers, prophetic omens of warning,” he says. “The same nine harbingers are now manifesting in America with immediate ramifications for end-time prophecy. We are witnessing the rapid slight of American and western civilization away from God, away from its Judeo-Christian foundation, and away from God’s word and ways. And it’s not only the word “God” – but the words “under God” which are under attack. That’s also very significant – It’s a sign of a nation removing itself from any accountability, any responsibility, and any relationship to God or His Word”.

But, says Cahn, Israel didn’t take the cue. Instead, the response from the people in Isaiah 9:10 is one of defiance. The brick buildings were toppled, but they vowed to build bigger and better. The little sycamore trees may have been uprooted, but they vowed to plant bigger and better cedars in their place. They were defiant against God.

In an effort to bring the nation hope and reassurance on September 12, 2001, after the bombing of the World Trade Center Towers, former U.S. Senator Tom Daschle read from the Isaiah 9:10 passage. His career ended in a disaster. Rabbi Cahn says, “Daschle has no idea what he is doing here. He thinks he’s offering comforting words to a grief-stricken people, but he is actually embracing the spiritually defiant and arrogant words of the children of Israel, proclaiming the ancient and ominous vow of the leaders of that nation. He doesn’t realize it, but he is actually inviting more judgment on the nation.”

Then on the third anniversary of the explosion of the tower in 2004, John Edwards read the same passage – and he ended his career in disgrace. Rabbi Cahn says in his book, that Senators Daschle and Edwards did not have a clear understanding of what they were reading or doing. “

(This section was obtained from http://www.nytimes.com/2009/02/25/us/politics/25obama.html?pagewant....)

Here is the comment Shadow, President Obama gave in his first speech to a joint session of Congress in 2009:
"While our economy may be weakened and our confidence shaken, though we are living through difficult and uncertain times, tonight I want every American to know this,” Mr. Obama said. “We will rebuild, we will recover, and the United States of America will emerge stronger than before.”
In other words, Cahn says the nation is a defiant posture toward God. We will rebuild "without" God. Even if we have been humbled, we, in our pride, will make things better and become stronger.
"President Obama's declaration that we will rebuild, we will recover did NOT acknowledge "with God's grace" as many predecessors had done in making similar declarations - but it is in the same spirit of "self-will" as the speeches that directly cited the Isaiah passage."

Is America under judgment because of the prophetic words spoken by 3 America’s Leaders, where 2 have already fallen from grace? Is it a coincident that all 3 leaders are Democrats? They may not have known what they were reading and doing, but did the speech writers know? The Word of God has SUPERNATURAL POWER. Those prophetic words that were spoken should be renounced and reversed in Jesus’ name in a public setting by America’s National Leaders before it is too late.  We pray that the National Leaders will confess, repent, ask for forgiveness so that reconciliation can occur.

Is this event and Rabbi Jonathan Cahn book, “The Harbinger: The Ancient Mystery That Holds the Secret of America’s Future” a wake-up call for America and for all nations to either turn to God or turn back towards God  before the “hedge of protection” is removed by Him? In Rabbi Cahn’s book, he discussed that Ancient Israel’s pride and failure to heed the harbinger caused them to have bigger and more potent attacks until they were destroyed. America had warnings up until now, but if Americans don’t humble themselves, submit to God, confess and repent of their sin, and turn towards Yeshua by faith then God/the Creator will remove the “hedge of protection” and America could be destroyed just like ancient Israel. Are you aware that several U.S. Founding Fathers issued National Public Day of Fasting, Humiliation, and Prayer Proclamations? You can read the actual historical documents of proclamations by entering “Fasting, Humiliation, and Prayer” in the search box at David Barton’s website: www.wallbuilders.com. Is there a remnant of faithful God's people who want to see America transformed back to God-centered values?

Why “International Repentance, Forgiveness, & Reconciliation Week”?

Apostasy is running rampant in America and in many nations. The spiritual and moral conditions of our nations and the Christian Church are spiraling downward quickly. If we don’t turn away from our wicked ways, then the Creator will lift the hedge of protection off of America.  We welcome all nations to join us as we follow the commandment “if we do not forgive others, then God will not forgive us”.

Many people are hurting around the world. These hurting people hurt other people. We don’t want people to hurt others because they have been hurt themselves. Someone said, “Forgiveness is giving up the right to hate those who have hurt us.” Without doubt this is the most difficult part of forgiveness. Mark 11:25-26 (NKJV) states, “And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.” It is a commandment that we must forgive others in order for God to forgive us. Many people do not realize that they are blocking their own blessings in their lives, because they failed to forgive those who have hurt them, persecute them or are adversaries to their soul. Do you want to be FREE? Forgive your family members.

In Michael L. Galiga’s book, “Win Every Battle Conquering Fear & Claiming Victory for Success in Life” he states, “Unforgiveness opens spiritual pathways for dark, demonic spirits to wreak havoc in your life. Forgiveness is mandatory to win every battle. Forgiveness means surrendering your rights to hold anger, bitterness, unforgiveness, judgments, or offenses. It means surrendering the situation to the Living God. There is no government or nation so evil that God will not forgive and save it. If we do our part, God will do His part. The only way to get free is to forgive. When we humble ourselves, repent and turn from our wicked ways, we will win every battle.”

In the Dr. Ed Murphy’s book, “The Handbook of Spiritual Warfare” it states, “Those who hurt you have their own guilt, but it is guilt before God, not before you. You are not responsible for their actions. You are only responsible for your reactions to their actions. People are always held responsible for their sins, even sins provoked by the unjust actions of others. Some people have become so accustomed to their self-pity, anger, feelings of inferiority, rejection; they really don’t want to change. For many, it has become an excuse for other sins, which they do not want to abandon. When you forgive and can really pray for the salvation and transformation of those who have hurt you most, you are on the way to healing. God moves in answer to the prayers of His saints.” We want people to start enjoying the best life that God has for them. It is never too late to forgive. You can start right now by confessing and repenting of your sin to the Lord Jesus Christ and asking Him to come into your heart and baptize you with the gift of the Holy Spirit and fire. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Life. In addition, you can pray for those who have hurt you that they may come into the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Satan is attacking the next generations: the young adults, teens, and the children. Many of them are not being taught the Word of God. Many of them have turned away from God.  They are not going to church/synagogue. They are taking out their hurt and pain by seeking revenge, instead of forgiving. This spiral destruction must stop before it is too late.

We want to see individuals restored, families restored, relationships restored and nations restored. Don’t you? Well, it begins with Forgiveness.

The Problem: Apostasy is Present in Many Nations

Apostasy is present in many nations. Many nations are turning away from God’s, by implementing laws, which violate God’s laws. Many people have turned from Him. Instead of blaming the devil for what has occurred, many people have blamed God therefore, letting the devil be free of any wrongdoings. Believers are being persecuted worldwide. The full Gospel of God’s Kingdom is not being preached; many are not teaching their congregation about healing all manner of sickness and disease by casting out devils, or raising people from the dead, which is in the New Testament. Jesus Christ/Yeshua did all of this in his ministry and He wanted his believers and followers to do it as well as depicted in Matthew 4:23-24.and Mark 16:15-18. Families are being destroyed. There are natural disasters occurring in many nations. Wars are occurring. Lawlessness is everywhere. Injustices are occurring everywhere. Hate Crimes and Racism are prevalent in many nations worldwide. “Digital” murder for hire is being carried out on citizens by fellow citizens in many nations; “secretly”. There are many human rights, civil rights, and constitutional abuses occurring in many nations. Men, women, & children have been placed in non-consensual human subject research and when they attempt to tell the truth, they are wrongfully committed to a mental institution, financially destroyed, or killed.  Genocide is occurring worldwide.

How can a Nation Receive God's Blessings of Protection? The Only Solution: 2 Chronicles 7:14

The solution is 2 Chronicles 7:14 (KJV) states, "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."  Solomon asked God to make provision for the people when they sinned. God answered with four conditions for forgiveness: (1) Humble yourself by admitting your sins (2) pray to God, asking for forgiveness; (3) seek God continually, and (4) turn from sinful behavior. True repentance is more than talk – it is a changed behavior. Whether we sin individually, as a group, or as a nation, following these steps will lead to forgiveness.  God will answer with our earnest prayers. (Source: Life Applications Study Bible)

The Creator/Yahweh is giving us an opportunity to turn back to Him during this time period and He is using Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, Dave Barton & others to get this message out to His people. Are you awake yet? If we take the first step by doing everything that God requires us, God will hear our prayers and heal our nations. We have to take the first step!

You will have to decide who you want to follow: Will you experience God for yourself or if you have experienced God, do you want to recommit your life back to Him?  Have you been sitting on the fence, one foot in God's Kingdom and the other in Satan's? When was the last time that you confess and repent of your sins, my Brothers and Sisters in Christ? True repentance is more than talk, it is a changed behavior and it will require each one of us to examine our own lives and make adjustments as needed. Making changes is never easy. Yes, it may mean that you occasionally regress, but do not quit trying. That is what counts! This is WAR; a spiritual war and Satan wants as many agents as possible to fight the last battle (You can read the Book of Revelation). He knows his time is short? Do you want your name to be written in the Book of Life or the Book of Death? There is no coercion. You have free will. There is only one Creator of the Universe, even though He is referred to as different names. Romans 10:12-13 states, “For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

Do you think that it is time for Americans to make atonement for our souls and sin before the “hedge of protection” is removed from America?

Former President & gospel minister James A. Garfield stated, “We encourage people of faith to become involved in the civic arena, whether through prayer or direct involvement. As President and gospel minister James A. Garfield stated, "Now, more than ever, the people are responsible for the character of their Congress. If that body be ignorant, reckless and corrupt, it is because the people tolerate ignorance, recklessness, and corruption. If it be intelligent, brave, and pure, it is because the people demand these high qualities to represent them in the national legislature. . . . [I]f the next centennial does not find us a great nation. . . . it will be because those who represent the enterprise, the culture, and the morality of the nation do not aid in controlling the political forces."

Suggestions to Forgiving Yourself and Others:

Many people find it harder to forgive themselves than forgiving others. By learning to forgive yourself and to forgive others it will bring you freedom and healing from the past and present. You can have the abundant life that God wants for you. Here are 14 suggestions for forgiving yourself and others:

  1. The Lord commands us to repent of our sins and seek His forgiveness. He also commands us to forgive those who offend or hurt us.
  2. 2 Chronicles 7:14 (KJV) states, "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."  Solomon asked God to make provision for the people when they sinned.
3.      You should forgive, but it does not mean that you should forget the trial or tribulation. Forgiveness is a process. You will have to do it over and over again. Matthew 18:21-22 states, “Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?  Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, until seven times: but, until seventy times seven.”

  1. Take time to talk to God about your life by going into the “closet”. Tell Him everything about your inability to forgive yourself or to forgive others. Ask yourself the question, “What am I afraid of?”  Express your feelings to God. Tell Him your fears, anger, confusion and then ask the Holy Spirit to help you overcome your inability to forgive yourself and to forgive others. You can submit myself and surrender everything to God and ask Him to mold you into the person to be used for according to His will and purpose. Finally, ask Him to be your Lord and Savior over your life. He is now in control over your life.
  2. You should forgive others for whatever wrong they have done to you because it is a commandment that we must forgive others in order for God to forgive us.  Mark 11:25-26 (NKJV) states, “And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.” Matthew 6:14-15 (NIV) states, “For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.”
Pray this “I FORGIVE DECREE” and include it in your prayer:
In the Name of Jesus Christ/Yeshua, I FORGIVE MYSELF for those that I hurt or I was an adversary to their souls. In the Name of Jesus Christ/Yeshua, I ask you, Jesus Christ/Yeshua to FORGIVE ME FOR _____________________________________________________________.

In the Name of Jesus Christ/Yeshua, I FORGIVE OTHERS in my past that harmed me, persecuted me, or were adversaries to my soul.  In the Name of Jesus Christ/Yeshua, I FORGIVE OTHERS who are presently hurting/harming me, persecuting me, or are adversaries to my soul. In the Name of Jesus Christ/Yeshua, I FORGIVE ______ FOR ____________________________________________________.

You can ask the Holy Spirit to help you overcome the sin of unforgiveness. If you have trouble saying those words, then you can remember the words that Jesus Christ said on the cross, “Father, forgive them for they know not what they do (Luke 23:33-34).”

In addition, you can pray for those who have hurt you that they may come into the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. There are prayers at www.demonbuster.com.

  1. Even though Jesus/Yeshua died on the cross for your sins, He is the Lamb of God who takes the sin of the world, you are still a sinner and you still must confess of your sin. He has forgiven us of our sins-past, present, & future, but it is written, if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Many of us want to admit that we are strong, but it takes humility and honesty to recognize your weaknesses. We all have them. You want to remove the barrier to fellowship that your sin has put between you and him. True Confession frees you to enjoy the maximum fellowship with Jesus/Yeshua and it involves a commitment not to continue in sin. You should ask the Holy Spirit for strength to defeat the temptation of sin. You will not lose your relationship with Jesus/Yeshua. He is a merciful God that He does not remember your sin any more.
Here are examples of sin scriptures in the Bible: Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin. (James 4:17).  But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death (Revelation 21:8). Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, & such like; of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God (Galatians 5:19-22). For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. By grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God. Not by works, so that no one can boast (Ephesians 2:8-9).  According to Jesus not believing in Him is sin as stated in John 16:9. (Source: Life Applications Study Bible King James Version)

  1. There are 2 ways that you can forgive others: (1) by praying & releasing that person to God or (2) by confronting the offender/perpetuator and ask for forgiveness as stated in Luke 17:3, “if he repents. “So watch yourselves. “If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him.”
  2. You are where you are today because this is where you are supposed to be. Say out loud: “I accept the things that happened to me and I accept the things that did not happen to me in my life in the name of Jesus Christ/Yeshua”.
  3. Life is not fair. Life can deal you some bad situations. Sometimes bad things happen to good people. For example in the Bible, initially, Esau was bitter over losing his birthright and blessing to his brother Jacob. He was so angry that he vowed to kill his brother. 20 years later, Jacob was going to meet his brother. Jacob was fearful.  Jacob prayed because he did not know what his brother was going to do. Praying can help when you are faced with a difficult situation. Now, Esau had a change of heart and he is content with what he has. Like Esau, you can feel cheated, but you do not have to remain bitter. You can remove the bitterness from your life by honestly expressing your feelings to God, forgiving those who have wronged you, and being content with what you have. (Source: Life Applications Study Bible King James Version: Genesis 25:29-27:42, 33:1-20)
Another example, a fifteen year old girl, the victim of years of incest on the part of her father, had come for counseling. As the Christian counselor brought up the subject of her need to forgive her father for the evil he had done to her, she reacted with anger against his suggestion saying, “Why should I forgive my father for ruining the first fifteen years of my life?” The counselor wisely immediately replied, “If you don’t, you will be allowing him to ruin the next fifteen years of your life.” What words of wisdom? The root of bitterness defiles many, Paul says. It especially defiles the one in whom the root is nourished (Heb. 12:15). (Source: The Handbook of Spiritual Warfare by Dr. Ed Murphy)

  1. You cannot control anyone for what they do to you. You are not responsible for their actions. You are only responsible for your reactions to their actions. People are always held responsible for their sins, even sins provoked by the unjust actions of others. You cannot live up to other people’s expectations. You cannot be a people pleaser, but you should become a God pleaser. Put God first in everything that you do. (Source: The Handbook of Spiritual Warfare by Dr. Ed Murphy)
  2. Don’t be a victim. Learn how to become a victor.  It means no more pity parties, no more complaining about your situation, but lifting yourself up by your own bootstraps. It means taking action to change your circumstance. Only you can do it and no one else. It is your life and you can determine the outcome with God’s help. Say out loud, “Lord, you are in control of my life so please guide me and give me the wisdom like you gave Solomon. Thank you for delivering me out of the hands of the unrighteous and the wicked in the name of Yeshua. It is written that I am the head and not the tail. I am bless coming in and bless coming out. I am more than a conqueror. I have the authority to trample over snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy and nothing should harm me in the name of Yeshua.”
  3. In the Name of God/Jesus Christ/Yeshua – means by the authority of Jesus Christ/Yeshua- The Word of God have SUPERNATURAL powers. “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”(Proverbs 18:11). The power of your tongue can speak life or death over your life and the life of your loved ones. It can provide blessings or curses, encouragement or discouragement, hope or hopeless in your life or over that trial and tribulation.  If you are not speaking words of life, your heart must be transformed. The Word of God has greater SUPERNATURAL powers, but when you speak “in the name of Jesus Christ/Yeshua, I command ….”, or “in the name of Jesus Christ/Yeshua, I decree ...” or “in the name of Jesus Christ/Yeshua, it is written…” it has INCREDIBLE, HIGHLY SUPERNATURAL POWERS when it is used. God also has highly exalted Him & given Him the name which is above every name,  that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, & of those in earth, and of those under the earth" (Philippians 2:9-10).  "If you shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it" (John14:14).
Speak positive words over your life. Break the curses of negative words, which have been spoken over your life past, present, and even when you were in your mother’s womb.  Break all self-fulfill prophecy that you may have said about yourself. You can find scriptures pertaining to your situation, which you can repeat daily. Proclaim them over your life and the lives of your loved ones. There are deliverance prayers at www.demonbuster.com.

  1. Stop punishing yourself and start loving yourself. God loves you. He will never leave you nor forsake you. Say aloud, “Yahweh/God loves me. Yahweh/God is love. He will never leave me nor forsake me.”
If you are around people who are not lifting you up then, it is time to surround yourself with positive people. You should encourage yourself. Read books. Meditate on the Word of God. Seek counseling from your pastor/rabbi or even Christian counselors.  Hug yourself daily and say affirmations, such as “I love myself”. “I respect myself.” “I accept myself”.

  1. Everything has frequency or energy. Words have frequencies. Anger, bitterness, hatred, unforgiveness have a lower frequency, whereas, love, joy, and happiness have a higher frequency.
A healthy body operates at frequencies between 62 MHz and 72 MHz. By holding onto your anger, hatred, unforgiveness, etc. in your heart, mind, and body will lower your frequency in your body, mind, and heart and can cause diseases/sickness. Even though you are going through trials and tribulations, be of good cheer because He has overcome the world.

Even foods have frequencies. Processed foods have a very low or zero frequency, whereas, by eating fruits, vegetables, and foods high in antioxidants have a much higher frequency.

Essential oils have high frequencies as well.

The Hebrew language has a higher frequency than the English language. Instead of saying Jesus, one can say “Yeshua” and you can call the Creator, “Yahweh”, which has the higher frequency than saying their English names. You should laugh. Dance. Sing. Pray. Exercise. These things also will also increase your frequency.  You can visit www.Hebrew4Christians.com for more information about Hebrew.

In conclusion, by faith choose to forgive all who have hurt you. By forgiving yourself and others you can improve your health, gain overall well-being and most of all be free. Isn’t that worth forgiving your family members?

In the November 24, 2012 Michael Carl’s article, Ugandan President Repents of Personal, National Sins 'We Confess Idolatry, Witchcraft, Political Hypocrisy, Dishonesty, Intrigue' states,

“The Ugandan newssite New Vision reports President Yoweri Museveni celebrated Uganda’s 50th anniversary of independence from Britain at the National Jubilee Prayers event by publicly repenting of his personal sin and the sins of the nation.

“I stand here today to close the evil past, and especially in the last 50 years of our national leadership history and at the threshold of a new dispensation in the life of this nation. I stand here on my own behalf and on behalf of my predecessors to repent. We ask for your forgiveness,” Museveni prayed.

“We confess these sins, which have greatly hampered our national cohesion and delayed our political, social and economic transformation. We confess sins of idolatry and witchcraft which are rampant in our land. We confess sins of shedding innocent blood, sins of political hypocrisy, dishonesty, intrigue and betrayal,” Museveni said.

“Forgive us of sins of pride, tribalism and sectarianism; sins of laziness, indifference and irresponsibility; sins of corruption and bribery that have eroded our national resources; sins of sexual immorality, drunkenness and debauchery; sins of unforgiveness, bitterness, hatred and revenge; sins of injustice, oppression and exploitation; sins of rebellion, insubordination, strife and conflict,” Museveni prayed.

Next, the president dedicated Uganda to God.

“We want to dedicate this nation to you so that you will be our God and guide. We want Uganda to be known as a nation that fears God and as a nation whose foundations are firmly rooted in righteousness and justice to fulfill what the Bible says in Psalm 33:12: Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord. A people you have chosen as your own,” Museveni prayed.

Uganda won its independence from Britain Oct. 8, 1962. Resistance leader Milton Obote was the country’s first prime minister.

Massachusetts pastor and activist Rev. Scott Lively believes Museveni is a model for other national leaders.

“The Museveni prayer is a model for all Christian leaders in the world. The leaders of the West have declined in proportion to their degree of rejection of God,” Lively said.

Lively also believes Uganda will rise as a major African power as America continues to decline. He uses Britain as an example.

“Britain was at its height as a world power when it honored God as the Ugandan president has just done. America’s greatness has similarly diminished as we have shifted from a Christian to a secular-humanist country. But watch now for Uganda to be blessed by God for their desire to be His,” Lively said.

Lively added that Museveni is definitely drawing a contrast between Uganda and the West.

“This incident is also important as a contrast to the picture being painted of Uganda by the godless left of a backwards, violent and savage culture intent on murdering homosexuals,” Lively said.

“On the contrary, Museveni is calmly and confidently setting the course of his nation by the guidance of the Bible, in a way that also shows great courage and resolve,” Lively said.

Homosexual activist groups have criticized the government of Uganda and Museveni for passing laws criminalizing homosexual behavior. A current bill before the Ugandan Parliament increases the jail sentences for homosexual acts and includes criminal penalties for those who encourage or promote homosexuality.

The bill had included the death penalty for those who commit multiple acts of homosexual behavior, but the provision has been removed, BBC News reports.

The government of Uganda could not be reached for comment on this story.

Lively said he didn’t agree with the death penalty provision but supports the nation’s strong stance against homosexual behavior.”

In the November 30, 2012 Barry Duke’s article Uganda Asks God to Forgive its Sin, then Vows to Enact Draconian Anti-Gay Law states,

“In celebrating his country’s recent 50th anniversary of its independence from Britain, Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni led his nation in a prayer of repentance in which he confessed to a whole mess of sins.

I stand here today to close the evil past, and especially in the last 50 years of our national leadership history, and at the threshold of a new dispensation in the life of this nation. I stand here on my own behalf and on behalf of my predecessors to repent. We confess sins of idolatry and witchcraft, which are rampant in our land. We confess sins of shedding innocent blood, sins of political hypocrisy, dishonesty, intrigue and betrayal.

Wow! He then beseeched the Almighty to:

Forgive us of sins of pride, tribalism and sectarianism; sins of laziness, indifference and irresponsibility; sins of corruption and bribery that have eroded our national resources; sins of sexual immorality, drunkenness and debauchery. These sins and many others have characterized our past leadership, especially the last 50 years of our history. Lord, forgive us and give us a new beginning. Give us a heart to love You, to fear You and to seek You. Take away from us all the above sins.

If this wasn’t enough, the posturing Christian nincompoop continued:

We want Uganda to be known as a nation that fears God, and as a nation whose foundations are firmly rooted in righteousness and justice to fulfill what the Bible says in Psalm 33:12: Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord. A people you have chosen as your own. I renounce all the evil foundations and covenants that were laid in idolatry and witchcraft. I renounce all the satanic influence on this nation. And I hereby covenant Uganda to You, to walk in Your ways and experience all Your blessings forever.

Save my nation, O Lord, & send prosperity (Psalm 118:25)

Let the Lord's dominion be established in my nation (Psalm 72:8)

A nation without God's guidance is a nation without order. Happy are those who keep God's law! (Proverbs 29:18)

When there is moral rot within a nation, its government topples easily; but with honest, sensible leaders there is stability (Proverbs 28:2)

Righteousness exhalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people. (Proverbs 14:34)

About Leaders

Let our leaders be just & let them rule by the fear of the Lord. (2 Samuel 23:3)

“Without wise leadership, a nation falls; with many counselors, there is safety. (Proverbs 11:14)

Leadership gains authority and respect when the voiceless poor are treated fairly. (Proverbs 29:14)

Good leaders abhor wrongdoing of all kinds; sound leadership has a moral foundation. (Proverbs 16:12)

A leader of good judgment gives stability. (Proverbs 29:4)

It's the men who walk straight who will settle this land, the women with integrity who will last here. (Proverbs 2:21)

When good people run things, everyone is glad. (Proverbs 29:2)

People

Let all the people of my nation turn to the Lord & worship Him (Psalm 22:27)

Let all the idolaters in my nation be confounded, & let all the gods worship the Lord (Psalm 97:7)

Let the poor & needy people of my nation be delivered (Psalm 72:12-13).

Let your glory be declared among my people, & Your wonders in my nation (Psalm 96:3).

Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and do not forget all his benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all thy diseases; Who redeems your life from destruction; who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies; Who satisfies your mouth with good things; so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s (Psalm 103:1-5).

Makes Jesus your Lord proud of you by being good citizens. Respect the authorities, whatever their level; they are God's emissaries for keeping order. It is God's will that by doing good, you might cure the ignorance of fools... Exercise your freedom by serving God, not by breaking the rules. Treat everyone you meet with dignity. Love your spiritual family. Revere God. Respect the government. (1 Peter 2:13-17)

Be a good citizen. All governments are under God. Insofar as there is peace and order, it's God's order. So live responsibly as a citizen. (Romans 13:1)

In Tim Cash’s article, 6 Principles of Godly Leadership states,

“1 Peter 2:13-17 Submit yourselves for the Lord's sake to every human institution, whether to a king as the one in authority, or to governors as sent by him for the punishment of evildoers and the praise of those who do right. For such is the will of God that by doing right you may silence the ignorance of foolish men. Act as free men, and do not use your freedom as a covering for evil, but use it as bondslaves of God. Honor all men; love the brotherhood, fear God, honor the king.

  • Position
  • Person
  • Policy
  • Programs
We must respect the position a person holds, even if we do not respect the person. When you respect the position and the person it is much easier to accept and embrace the policy and the programs the person in leadership promotes. If you have proper respect for the position, but do not respect the person, it is very difficult to embrace and support policy and programs the leader promotes. Due to commands the Lord has instructed us to follow, we must pray for and support those that God has in leadership. May we be people who are credible and not just clever. May we earn the right and respect to be heard by those that follow.  May the words of our mouth and the meditation of our hearts be pleasing to God forever. Amen.”
