Since August 12, Letitia Peters, former Government electronics engineer turned human and civil rights activist started the Heal Our Nations Movement. It started with a realm of people who were coming together to pray every day for 50 consecutive days for America and other nations. Every though they met and are still facing challenges they persevere. Now in the 3rd and final week of International Repentance, Forgiveness & Reconciliation Week, it concludes with Children’s and Teen’s week. Letitia Peters states, “We have to speak out against the sin in our nations. Even though not everyone is responsible, it affects the entire nation. We are dedicating this weekend to the children and teens. Parents are not teaching their children about unforgiveness. They are hurting. Many teens are committing suicide or dying prematurely. The children and the teens are the future. Ms. Fendall, Ms. Friday, and I are extremely passionate about children. I love teaching and I have been a teacher for a majority of my life. Every Thursday, I dedicated my lunchtime to tutor while working for the Federal Government. Now, I have not been able to fulfill my commitment to be a tutor for the children at Perfecting Faith Church because of being a non-consensual human subject. It is time for people to get out of their comfort zone and do something before it is too late. We must be fearless and bold as a lion. The Problem & The Solution
Apostasy is running rampant in America and in many nations. The spiritual and moral conditions of America, other nations and the Christian Church worldwide are spiraling downward quickly. If we do not turn away from our wicked ways, then the Creator will remove the hedge of protection from America & in other nations. The only solution is 2 Chronicles 7:14. Will you forgive others, forgive yourself and confess & repent of your sins and commit your life to the Creator? Someone said, “Forgiveness is giving up the right to hate those who have hurt us.” Mark 11:25-26 (NKJV) states, “And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.” It is a commandment that we must forgive others in order for God to forgive us. We welcome all nations to join us in the last worldwide fasting, prayer, and action from sundown Friday, September 28 to Sunday, September 30, 2012.

Could this event by a wake-up call for America and for other nations to follow 2 Chronicles 7:14 before God decides if He will remove the “hedge of protection”? WAKE-UP NOW. You cannot afford to no longer be complacent. Those who turn to God will enjoy His blessings, while those who refuse will face destruction. All of us are in this together. We want you to do whatever you can do; no matter how big or small. We need a remnant of people in America, as well as, in other nations.

[I]f the next centennial does not find us a great nation. . . . it will be because those who represent the enterprise, the culture, and the morality of the nation do not aid in controlling the political forces."

The Holy Bible contains Gods' Inspired Words for Jews and Gentiles. God is giving us an opportunity to turn back to Him during this time period and He is using Letitia Peters, Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, Dave Barton & others to get this message out to His people. Are you awake yet? If we take the first step by doing everything that God requires us, God will hear our prayers and heal our nations. We have to take the first step!
You will have to decide who you want to follow: Will you experience God for yourself or if you have experienced God, do you want to recommit your life back to Him? Have you been sitting on the fence, one foot in God's Kingdom and the other in Satan's? When was the last time that you confess and repent of your sins, my Brothers and Sisters in Christ? True repentance is more than talk, it is a changed behavior and it will require each one of us to examine our own lives and make adjustments as needed. Making changes is never easy. Yes, it may mean that you occasionally regress, but do not quit trying. That is what counts! This is WAR; a spiritual war and Satan wants as many agents as possible to fight the last battle (You can read the Book of Revelation). He knows his time is short? Do you want your name to be written in the Book of Life or the Book of Death? There is no coercion. God gives you free will. God is the only one Creator of the Universe. There is no one else. You should pray to God/Yahweh through Jesus Christ/Yeshua. This is scriptural. We are not supposed to pray to idols, saints, or even Mary. None of that is scriptural.
Hurting people hurt other people. Are you are running away from something that occurred to you in your past or in your present. Are you using sex, drugs, or alcohol to help numb the pain? Is it working for you? We have all been hurt by other “Christians”. You know what? You can't change them only God can. You just have to pray for them. Satan is looking for every opportunity to enter your life & cause havoc in it. Once he is in, he does not want to let go, because he has your prized possession: YOUR SOUL. We are all sinners. God will be with you along the way. He is no dictator. There is no coercion. You have to invite Him into your life. Don't you want to feel peace and genuine love? God loves you. “For God so loved the world, that He sent His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on Him, should not perish but have everlasting life" (John 3:16). He has been waiting for you. Jesus is coming soon. Are you prepared? If judgment was tomorrow, where would you be going to HEAVEN or HELL?

If you want your name to be written in the Book of Life so that you can have eternal life in heaven or
If you feel hopeless, depressed, sad, or angry or
If you have sin in your life and have been unable to conquer it or

Prayer and how Prayer will Change the Natural World
How many times have you been told that “Prayer changes things”? Did anyone ever tell you how prayer changes things? For many of us, we never thought to question it. We just did it and never questioned it.
Prayer is used to make supplication, petition, & thanksgiving to God. Prayer is a direct communication to Him & it is the secret to a personal relationship with Him. Did you know that the natural world is controlled by the invisible, supernatural realm? Prayer will change the natural world because the Word of God affects the spirit realm. God is spiritual. In the Bible, it states in Ephesians 6:12 states, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Satan and his demons are spiritual. Words have power, but the Word of God is even more powerful. The Lord’s Prayer states, “Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven”, means that God will bring heaven down to earth. When was the last time that you said the Lord’s Prayer (Matthew 6:9-13)? You should pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion because it is scripturally.
Prayer can change situations. In Dr. Larry Dossey M.D. book, “Healing Words”, he presented scientific evidence that prayer can figure prominently in healing illness. If you start praying on the hr. or ½ hr., there will always be someone praying at the same time in the world. We want prayers to be going up to the Creator every hour. We need prayer warriors to do this in every nation. Will you join us?
3 Divinely Appointed Hours of Prayer
In the Bible, Jesus and his disciples prayed and the Jews worshipped during these hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., noon to 1:00 p.m., & 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. They even prayed the Lord’s Prayer (Matthew 6:9-13). How many people are praying the Lord’s Prayer? When was the last time that you prayed it? We should pray continuously throughout the day.

The powers of prayers are magnified “Again I say unto you, “That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name; there am I in the midst of them.” (Mat. 18:19-20).
The Power of Prayer and Fasting
There has to be a reason for you to fast and pray. Do you want to be healed from a medical condition? Maybe you lost your job and you need a financial need. We want Satan to break free of our children, our families, and our nations so that people can repent and confess of their sins. Many people have the sins of pride and arrogance. By fasting, you are humbling yourself to the Creator. We need a supernatural breakthrough fasting and prayer. Some mountains are more difficult and requires prayer and fasting as stated in Matthew 17:21, "But this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.” Prayer and fasting indicate faith, discipline and humility before the Creator, without which there can be no hope of success. This is one of the mountains, which requires America and other nations to pray and fast.
Fasting means going without food to spend time in prayer. You can do a partial fast or a full fast. The type and length of the fast you choose is up to you. A full fast consists of liquids only especially water. You can do “fresh squeezed fruit or vegetable juice”, “water and lemon”, “water with lemon and cayenne pepper or “clear broth”. A partial fast consists of giving up certain “foods” like processed foods, sugar, desserts, meats, or breads. There are various types of fasts depicted in the Bible. For example, the Daniel fast consists of eating vegetables, fruit, and water (Daniel 10:2-3). If you can’t do the full day, then you can fast from sun-up to sundown. Then, you can eat when sundown begins.
Fasting can be beneficial spiritually and physically for the person doing it. God also wants us to go beyond our personal growth to have genuine compassion for the poor, the widow, the orphans, the helpless, & the oppressed by our acts of kindness, charity, and justice. Pleasing to God is what we do for Him and for others. In Isaiah 58:5-11, it states that fasting does the following: (1) Fasting allows the person to show humility before God; (2) loosens the bonds of wickedness; & (3) will undo the bands of the yoke. As a result, God promises the following: (1) your recovery will speedily spring forth; (2) God will cover your back; (3) God promises to answer quickly when you call, your light will rise in darkness; & (4) God will continually guide you through future troubles. God opened the door during the past 48 days, when Ms. Peters had a chance to tell her story twice. She was invited to be a guest on the Legacy of a Nation Radio Talk Show after a guest cancelled. She states, “I have tried to get my story out to the public and tell people about what I discovered in my research pertaining to the U.S. human subject research system, but it appears that every door was being shut in my face. Other human subjects stories were being told, but when I approached the same newspaper or media they would not touch my story. Many people do not realize that their symptoms or diseases maybe caused due to being in a “secret” non-consensual human subject research and Dr. Barrie Trower confirms what my research depicts that many of us are in a “secret” human subject research. It is still going on, even though we now have Federal Laws, which are to protect the human subjects.”

Many American citizens, mostly believers are signing forms to opt-out or discontinue their participation in the “secret” non-consensual human subject research/medical experiment. Many of the human subjects are professionals, college educated, whistle blowers, former Federal Government employees or belong to the Democratic/ Independent parties or are Liberals. Many human subjects are women, mostly middle-aged or elderly who live alone. Letitia Peters is leading this “Yes To Justice” campaign.
Ms. Peters states, “We applaud the humanitarian efforts of America coming to the rescue of other human rights violators in other nations, but Americans need the support of America now. For the record, we are not enemies of the corporate. We are not terrorists, a threat to national security or want to do harm to anyone or to our communities. We are U.S. citizens who have been randomly selected or intentionally selected to be a human subject in a “secret ”human subject research/medical experiment without our voluntary, informed consent, either orally or written and without our knowledge. The Federal Law states that the human subject has the right to opt-out or discontinue out of a non-consensual human subject research anytime without prejudice. The catch is that you have to know that you are in a human subject research/medical experiment.
Many of the human subjects are on disability retirement because of the excessive targeting with electromagnetic radiation technology (gamma rays, microwave, radio, & infrared), chemicals, & weapons (biological, chemical, directed energy & radiological) 24/7 had to go on disability. Did you know that 100 million people are on welfare in America, which only has a population of 350 million people? While others were already on disability, like myself, the excessive targeting has exacerbated our confirmed diagnoses for our already compromised immune systems. The National Commission for the Protection of Human Subjects believed that those who are already burdened (e.g., by disabilities or institutionalization) should not be asked to accept the burdens of research unless other appropriate subjects cannot be found (i.e., if the research concerns their particular disability or circumstance). How were the “researchers” able to select people with known disabilities to be in a non-consensual human subject research?
We have endured unnecessary & unimaginable pain and suffering that presents a danger to our well-being by continuing in this unethical, “secret” human subject research. We are in a life-threatening situation every day that we continue to be in this “secret” human subject research. This is not only a moral issue, but for many, including myself, this is a violation of our religious principles and beliefs. We are Americans and are entitled to nothing less than the full rights of every American. All Americans and those worldwide who value freedom and justice should condemn the acts of violence that have been taken against us. We want our lives back now. We want to opt out now!”
There is an amazing article about the head of a pharmaceutical company, Professor David Horrobin, who came down with cancer and instead of using the drugs his company and many others have made for cancer; he opted for alternatives that are considered quackery by mainstream medicine. Dr. Barrie Trower’s recent interview confirms the existence of “secret” non-consensual human subject research in America and in many other countries today. The human subjects, who are signing the opt-out forms, are no different from the human subjects in the Guatemala STD experiment or the Tuskegee syphilis experiment, except now the U.S. has the “Common Rule”.
No one in America is immune from being randomly selected as a human subject in a non-consensual human subject research until the Common Rule becomes a lawfully, promulgated regulation and Congress ratify a human subject protection law;. Year after year, Congress and the Dept. of Health and Human Services have continued to sponsor billions (maybe TRILLIONS) of dollars in human subject research, without ratifying any laws to protect the human subjects. Currently, NO ONE is IMMUNE from being used as a human “guinea pig” because the laws are not there to protect you! Until these two things are complete, EVERYONE IS FAIR GAME. Microwave Expert Dr. Barrie Trower’s Recent Interview
In his recent interview, Microwave Expert Dr. Barrie Trower spoke on array of topics in the exclusive 2.35 hours interview to several Targeted Individuals. Here are some compelling, irrefutable facts that he said, because either he was involved in the process or he had documentation to back-up his statements. (32:00 minutes) Dr. Trower spoke on the subject of Wi-Fi in the school system. He had a meeting with the School Minister and ask him not to introduce Wi-Fi in the schools, because it is going to cause genetic damage not to the children in school, but to their children and their children. He stated, “We are looking at the school children today, the eggs being damaged in the girls they will have a baby when they grow up, which may or may not be genetically damaged, but the real threat is to the grandchildren where most of the damage will come out.” The School Minister was powerless to stop it due to the power of a handful of people called the Health Protection Agency in his country.
(34:40 minutes) There are many goals: One reason is that 60% of the population will be well and they will make a lot of money, while the rest of the population will become ill or become sensitive to it. Another reason is that they can listen to every single person’s phone call all the time even if their phone is off. Dr. Trower gave the example of how 15 years ago, people would not have agreed to the Government knowing their every move and who they are talking to and listening to every conversation, but now this is not the case. One of the strong incentives is blackmail. Up to 45 countries are storing this information, for example, if you are a teenager and you do drugs or you steal and when you grow up and become a Congressman they can blackmail them. They monitor every single call in the world. The same can be true for those corrupted politicians who do not want their “secret” exposed. It was noted that 60% of the Government in the last election were found to be corrupt or thieves in his country.
(39:32 minutes) Dr. Trower spoke on the power of the industry and the technology. The industry has so much power. They have biological and microwave warfare. They can make you ill. They can target people who they do not like. There are hundreds and thousands of microwave towers. The transmitter can follow you. Microwaves can go through walls. You can be followed everywhere. It is like radar, but it is for microwave. They can follow your whole body pattern.
They can use microchips, but now they can follow you. If they can follow them, then they can target them. They can follow you everywhere in every room in your house; when you go to the bathroom or when you visit a friend’s house. They can send pulses to your heart, pulses to their brain, make you go mad, give you a heart attack or make you go blind.
The question was asked, who are “they”? They are Government scientists. The English and American Governments have an enormous research budget and resources. They will employ university departments. You can be targeted in shops with microwave beaming on your head. University developed this experiment under the auspices that this will deter shoplifters.
The main culprits are psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors, and specific scientists who have no morals or scruples.
These psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors and specific scientists are able to work above and outside the law not only in his country, but also above International Law. Dr. Trower mostly represented the poor and how he represented the billionaire who wanted to take the industry to country. The industry stated that they were going to delay the case with their experts for 3 years. Countries cannot even afford to take this industry to court.
(49:14 minutes) Dr. Trower told how many of the leaders, kings and queens of these countries were telling the same story. This African king stated to Dr. Trower, “Since this industry came into this country, I am losing the viability of my country.” The industry came in with lies by telling them that the radio waves are harmless and the country will make a lot of money. First, they lost their ants. Now they cannot grow fruit. Second, they lost their bees and pollenating insects and now they cannot grow their crops. Third, the people were becoming ill and they cannot afford the medicines. He estimated that there was a 40% increase in their health bill. After causing these problems, several countries like the U.S. and Indonesia would come in and say that they can bring them with fruit, food, and medicine and in exchange, they will take a little bit of land to set up mining and military bases. The country is not making any money. The African king felt that this was a plan designed to take over his country in the future.
(1:00:00) Dr. Trower talks about anyone can be brainwashed. Dr. Trower states that they can send “synthetic telepathy”, and they can make sound in your ears, which was used a long time ago. Now, they can they can put a pulse system in your brain, produce a chemical that you experience when you first fall in love as a teenager, but he could not remember the name of the chemical and have that overwhelming trust at the same time that you get this sound. Depending on what they know about you, from listening to your conversations for years they can know what to do to you. If you are highly religious, it could be a spiritual being, angel or God and you can learn to trust the voice. Subliminal messages and this voice can target anybody in brain washing. Over time, they can have the voice tell you what to do. The person becomes addicted to the voice. Once the person trust the voice, they can get the person to do anything. Many people have been committed into asylums because the “voice” have told them to kill people. When he talked to psychiatrists and told them what was happening to their patients and provided them with proof; they said that they were going to look into it. The psychiatrists were told to drop it or get another job.
He further stated that anyone can be brainwashed, even if the person have lost control even once.
He has an unpublished paper called, “Are You Being Targeted?” If you are carrying a phone, IPAD, or IPOD carry them in a metal tin, child’s metal box, which would not allow any transmission in or out. You can wear special clothing that can stop all microwave frequencies, but not the higher frequencies, like x-ray and gamma rays. He stated that there is a company in Scotland that sells this type of clothing.
When someone is targeted, the metal in the bra is causing the high rate of breast cancer. The metal absorbs the microwave. The metal on metal glasses is absorbed and affects the eyes.
The whole communication system can be made safe, but they will have no PROFIT margin so they will not do it.
You would never put a spoon, because it will absorb the frequency. If you have a metal bedspring, then you are sleeping on a transmitter.
Your organs have their own resonant frequencies. There are 50-60 different body frequencies. Every part of your body have no choice, but to vibrate at what is coming through. Your body have to follow. You can take melatonin.
You have to get away from the pulse frequency.
If the humans as getting sick so are the animals, the pollenating insects and the plants. If it is being done in Africa, it can be done anywhere. We are losing our forest, our crops, and our animals. There has been three peer reviewed published in Nature about this.

Anita Fendall of www.TeaseFreeKids.com is our guest speaker on I.S.A.M. Blog Talk Radio Show on Sept. 30 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. EST. Our Purpose
“Tease-Free Kids” (TFK) is an organization established to combat the culture of teasing and bullying that is pervasive among children in our schools and community. TFK has developed a training program to educate children and the adults who supervise them on the dangers of teasing and bullying, and also offer them skills to combat this problem. Once completed, participants will be equipped to identify and hopefully feel empowered to stand up against this behavior and to create a culture of acceptance and respect for one another.
Our Problem
Teasing and bullying have often been accepted as harmless fun, but the consequences of societal acceptance of this cruel behavior have never been more deadly as they are today. Flashbacks to Columbine and Santana High Schools remind us that we can no longer dismiss teasing and bullying with the old saying, “Kids will be kids.”
In general, this abuse adversely affects the self-esteem, productivity, and morale of its victims, especially in the formative years of childhood. The heartbreaking loss of young life and prevalence of youth violence destroy a child’s perception of their school as a safe haven. The answer cannot be found in school metal detectors and locker searches. These remedies serve only to give a false sense of security, victimize all of our children, and reinforce existing fears.
Our Program
“Tease-Free Kids” provides on-site training in schools, children’s organizations and churches to help eradicate teasing and bullying. We offer specially trained professionals who are passionate about providing a program to reduce and hopefully eliminate teasing and bullying in schools and other youth organizations. By incorporating a team approach, which includes buy-in from each organization’s administrators, faculty, counselors, parents and children, “Tease-Free Kids” is able to help combat the culture of casual teasing and bullying with one of acceptance, respect, and empathy.

We are dedicating this weekend to the children and teens. Parents are not teaching their children about unforgiveness. They are hurting. Many teens are committing suicide or dying prematurely. The children and the teens are the future. Ms. Fendall, Ms. Friday, and I are extremely passionate about children. I love teaching and I have been a teacher for a majority of my life. Every Thursday, I dedicated my lunchtime to tutor while working for the Federal Government. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.” It is a commandment that we must forgive others in order for God to forgive us. You will have to decide who you want to follow: Will you experience God for yourself or if you have experienced God, do you want to recommit your life back to Him? Have you been sitting on the fence, one foot in God's Kingdom and the other in Satan's? When was the last time that you confess and repent of your sins, my Brothers and Sisters in Christ? True repentance is more than talk, it is a changed behavior and it will require each one of us to examine our own lives and make adjustments as needed. Making changes is never easy. Yes, it may mean that you occasionally regress, but do not quit trying. That is what counts! This is WAR; a spiritual war and Satan wants as many agents as possible to fight the last battle (You can read the Book of Revelation). He knows his time is short? Do you want your name to be written in the Book of Life or the Book of Death? There is no coercion. God gives you free will. God is the only one Creator of the Universe. There is no one else. You should pray to God/Yahweh through Jesus Christ/Yeshua. This is scriptural. We are not supposed to pray to idols, saints, or even Mary. None of that is scriptural.
Hurting people hurt other people. Are you are running away from something that occurred to you in your past or in your present. Are you using sex, drugs, or alcohol to help numb the pain? Is it working for you? We have all been hurt by other “Christians”. You know what? You can't change them only God can. You just have to pray for them. Satan is looking for every opportunity to enter your life & cause havoc in it. Once he is in, he does not want to let go, because he has your prized possession: YOUR SOUL. We are all sinners. God will be with you along the way. He is no dictator. There is no coercion. You have to invite Him into your life. Don't you want to feel peace and genuine love? God loves you. “For God so loved the world, that He sent His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on Him, should not perish but have everlasting life" (John 3:16). He has been waiting for you. Jesus is coming soon. Are you prepared? If judgment was tomorrow, where would you be going to HEAVEN or HELL?

Prayer and how Prayer will Change the Natural World
How many times have you been told that “Prayer changes things”? Did anyone ever tell you how prayer changes things? For many of us, we never thought to question it. We just did it and never questioned it.
Prayer is used to make supplication, petition, & thanksgiving to God. Prayer is a direct communication to Him & it is the secret to a personal relationship with Him. Did you know that the natural world is controlled by the invisible, supernatural realm? Prayer will change the natural world because the Word of God affects the spirit realm. God is spiritual. In the Bible, it states in Ephesians 6:12 states, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Satan and his demons are spiritual. Words have power, but the Word of God is even more powerful. The Lord’s Prayer states, “Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven”, means that God will bring heaven down to earth. When was the last time that you said the Lord’s Prayer (Matthew 6:9-13)? You should pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion because it is scripturally.
Prayer can change situations. In Dr. Larry Dossey M.D. book, “Healing Words”, he presented scientific evidence that prayer can figure prominently in healing illness. If you start praying on the hr. or ½ hr., there will always be someone praying at the same time in the world. We want prayers to be going up to the Creator every hour. We need prayer warriors to do this in every nation. Will you join us?
3 Divinely Appointed Hours of Prayer
In the Bible, Jesus and his disciples prayed and the Jews worshipped during these hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., noon to 1:00 p.m., & 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. They even prayed the Lord’s Prayer (Matthew 6:9-13). How many people are praying the Lord’s Prayer? When was the last time that you prayed it? We should pray continuously throughout the day.

The Power of Prayer and Fasting
There has to be a reason for you to fast and pray. Do you want to be healed from a medical condition? Maybe you lost your job and you need a financial need. We want Satan to break free of our children, our families, and our nations so that people can repent and confess of their sins. Many people have the sins of pride and arrogance. By fasting, you are humbling yourself to the Creator. We need a supernatural breakthrough fasting and prayer. Some mountains are more difficult and requires prayer and fasting as stated in Matthew 17:21, "But this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.” Prayer and fasting indicate faith, discipline and humility before the Creator, without which there can be no hope of success. This is one of the mountains, which requires America and other nations to pray and fast.
Fasting means going without food to spend time in prayer. You can do a partial fast or a full fast. The type and length of the fast you choose is up to you. A full fast consists of liquids only especially water. You can do “fresh squeezed fruit or vegetable juice”, “water and lemon”, “water with lemon and cayenne pepper or “clear broth”. A partial fast consists of giving up certain “foods” like processed foods, sugar, desserts, meats, or breads. There are various types of fasts depicted in the Bible. For example, the Daniel fast consists of eating vegetables, fruit, and water (Daniel 10:2-3). If you can’t do the full day, then you can fast from sun-up to sundown. Then, you can eat when sundown begins.
Fasting can be beneficial spiritually and physically for the person doing it. God also wants us to go beyond our personal growth to have genuine compassion for the poor, the widow, the orphans, the helpless, & the oppressed by our acts of kindness, charity, and justice. Pleasing to God is what we do for Him and for others. In Isaiah 58:5-11, it states that fasting does the following: (1) Fasting allows the person to show humility before God; (2) loosens the bonds of wickedness; & (3) will undo the bands of the yoke. As a result, God promises the following: (1) your recovery will speedily spring forth; (2) God will cover your back; (3) God promises to answer quickly when you call, your light will rise in darkness; & (4) God will continually guide you through future troubles. Many American citizens, mostly believers are signing forms to opt-out or discontinue their participation in the “secret” non-consensual human subject research/medical experiment. Many of the human subjects are professionals, college educated, whistle blowers, former Federal Government employees or belong to the Democratic/ Independent parties or are Liberals. Many human subjects are women, mostly middle-aged or elderly who live alone. Letitia Peters is leading this “Yes To Justice” campaign.
Ms. Peters states, “We applaud the humanitarian efforts of America coming to the rescue of other human rights violators in other nations, but Americans need the support of America now. For the record, we are not enemies of the corporate. We are not terrorists, a threat to national security or want to do harm to anyone or to our communities. We are U.S. citizens who have been randomly selected or intentionally selected to be a human subject in a “secret ”human subject research/medical experiment without our voluntary, informed consent, either orally or written and without our knowledge. The Federal Law states that the human subject has the right to opt-out or discontinue out of a non-consensual human subject research anytime without prejudice. The catch is that you have to know that you are in a human subject research/medical experiment.
Many of the human subjects are on disability retirement because of the excessive targeting with electromagnetic radiation technology (gamma rays, microwave, radio, & infrared), chemicals, & weapons (biological, chemical, directed energy & radiological) 24/7 had to go on disability. Did you know that 100 million people are on welfare in America, which only has a population of 350 million people? While others were already on disability, like myself, the excessive targeting has exacerbated our confirmed diagnoses for our already compromised immune systems. The National Commission for the Protection of Human Subjects believed that those who are already burdened (e.g., by disabilities or institutionalization) should not be asked to accept the burdens of research unless other appropriate subjects cannot be found (i.e., if the research concerns their particular disability or circumstance). How were the “researchers” able to select people with known disabilities to be in a non-consensual human subject research?
We have endured unnecessary & unimaginable pain and suffering that presents a danger to our well-being by continuing in this unethical, “secret” human subject research. We are in a life-threatening situation every day that we continue to be in this “secret” human subject research. This is not only a moral issue, but for many, including myself, this is a violation of our religious principles and beliefs. We are Americans and are entitled to nothing less than the full rights of every American. All Americans and those worldwide who value freedom and justice should condemn the acts of violence that have been taken against us. We want our lives back now. We want to opt out now!”
There is an amazing article about the head of a pharmaceutical company, Professor David Horrobin, who came down with cancer and instead of using the drugs his company and many others have made for cancer; he opted for alternatives that are considered quackery by mainstream medicine. Dr. Barrie Trower’s recent interview confirms the existence of “secret” non-consensual human subject research in America and in many other countries today. The human subjects, who are signing the opt-out forms, are no different from the human subjects in the Guatemala STD experiment or the Tuskegee syphilis experiment, except now the U.S. has the “Common Rule”.

Another reason is that they can listen to every single person’s phone call all the time even if their phone is off. Dr. Trower gave the example of how 15 years ago, people would not have agreed to the Government knowing their every move and who they are talking to and listening to every conversation, but now this is not the case. One of the strong incentives is blackmail. Up to 45 countries are storing this information, for example, if you are a teenager and you do drugs or you steal and when you grow up and become a Congressman they can blackmail them. This African king stated to Dr. Trower, “Since this industry came into this country, I am losing the viability of my country.” The industry came in with lies by telling them that the radio waves are harmless and the country will make a lot of money. First, they lost their ants. Now they cannot grow fruit. Second, they lost their bees and pollenating insects and now they cannot grow their crops. Third, the people were becoming ill and they cannot afford the medicines. He estimated that there was a 40% increase in their health bill. After causing these problems, several countries like the U.S. and Indonesia would come in and say that they can bring them with fruit, food, and medicine and in exchange, they will take a little bit of land to set up mining and military bases. The country is not making any money. The African king felt that this was a plan designed to take over his country in the future.

Over time, they can have the voice tell you what to do. The person becomes addicted to the voice. Once the person trust the voice, they can get the person to do anything. Many people have been committed into asylums because the “voice” have told them to kill people. When he talked to psychiatrists and told them what was happening to their patients and provided them with proof; they said that they were going to look into it. The psychiatrists were told to drop it or get another job.
He further stated that anyone can be brainwashed, even if the person have lost control even once.

Anita Fendall of www.TeaseFreeKids.com is our guest speaker on I.S.A.M. Blog Talk Radio Show on Sept. 30 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. EST. Ms. Fendall has been on the journey of eliminating teasing and bullying for a very long time. She created this program over ten years ago – way before cyber bullying even existed. She is extremely passionate about healing the hearts and souls of the young victims, the bullies, and the bystanders. It has been a long and constant battle but she is committed to fighting it.
Anita Fendall, President & CEO of the Tease-Free Kids Program has been introduced in several schools and youth organizations in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. They have conducted school assemblies, after-school programs, Summer camps, Trained the Trainer Program for the Department of Education, and much more. The organization has received many accolades from school superintendents, principals, teachers and, most of all, students whom the program has helped.
TFKP seeks to incorporate a team approach with parents, educators, community leaders and the children themselves. Our goal is to help turn the culture of casual teasing and bullying into one of acceptance, respect and empathy.
Our Purpose
“Tease-Free Kids” (TFK) is an organization established to combat the culture of teasing and bullying that is pervasive among children in our schools and community. TFK has developed a training program to educate children and the adults who supervise them on the dangers of teasing and bullying, and also offer them skills to combat this problem. Once completed, participants will be equipped to identify and hopefully feel empowered to stand up against this behavior and to create a culture of acceptance and respect for one another.
Our Problem
Teasing and bullying have often been accepted as harmless fun, but the consequences of societal acceptance of this cruel behavior have never been more deadly as they are today. Flashbacks to Columbine and Santana High Schools remind us that we can no longer dismiss teasing and bullying with the old saying, “Kids will be kids.”
In general, this abuse adversely affects the self-esteem, productivity, and morale of its victims, especially in the formative years of childhood. The heartbreaking loss of young life and prevalence of youth violence destroy a child’s perception of their school as a safe haven. The answer cannot be found in school metal detectors and locker searches. These remedies serve only to give a false sense of security, victimize all of our children, and reinforce existing fears.
Our Program
“Tease-Free Kids” provides on-site training in schools, children’s organizations and churches to help eradicate teasing and bullying. We offer specially trained professionals who are passionate about providing a program to reduce and hopefully eliminate teasing and bullying in schools and other youth organizations. By incorporating a team approach, which includes buy-in from each organization’s administrators, faculty, counselors, parents and children, “Tease-Free Kids” is able to help combat the culture of casual teasing and bullying with one of acceptance, respect, and empathy.
