Forgiving Others & Teaching Your Children About Forgiveness
Do you know the importance of forgiving yourself and others? Are you confessing and repenting of your sins? We are requesting you to forgive EVERYONE because it is scriptural. Have you taught your children and teens about forgiveness and the forgiveness process? Using Jesus/Yeshua as a Role Model for Forgiveness when He was Crucified on the Cross
And when they came to the place called The Skull, there they crucified Him and the criminals, one on the right and the other on the left. But Jesus was saying, "Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing." And they cast lots, dividing up His garments among themselves (Luke 23:33-34). In essence, “we are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus (Galatians 4:1).” Jesus Christ/Yeshua died for ALL of mankind.
Jesus Christ/Yeshua said if you don’t forgive others of their trespasses/transgressions, then your heavenly Father will NOT forgive you, but if you do forgive others of their trespasses/transgressions, then your heavenly Father will forgive you as stated in Matthew 6:14-15 and Mark 11:25-26. Many believers/saints are not receiving their blessings due to unforgiveness.
How can you forgive others? 2 ways that you can forgive others: (1) by praying & releasing that person to God or (2) by confronting the offender/perpetuator and ask for forgiveness as stated in Luke 17:3, “if he repents. “So watch yourselves. “If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him.”
Another scripture for the Great Commission is mentioned in Luke 24:44-49. Luke 24:47 states, “And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name, beginning at Jerusalem.
Let’s forgive and repent!!!
